Who We Are

 In early 2024, our company was created on the philosophy of giving the hard working person a fair shot at achieving their dreams. We felt the need to give honest, transparent, and comprehensive services at a reasonable rate for small business owners and individuals.

Our services consist of consultant, advisory, and research support. Having 10+ years of project experience at both large and small firms, we can help you scale up operations if you are looking to grow, become more efficient if you are trying to reduce company waste, and provide additional research support on third parties services that fit your company. 

Additionally, we provide personal financial coaching to help educate people so they are set up for financial success.

About Michael

Michael Massara, Founder

Michael comes from simple means having grown up in a small town within the state of Arizona. His childhood upbringing bought perspective in striving for the best while helping those who need it the most.

He has 10+ years of forecasting/planning, research, relationship management, and company improvement experience. He has crafted over 200 portfolios, redesigned over 160 company docs/policies, and built over 50 excel data tables; ranging from data tracking, profit-loss, break-even, budgets, cash flows, to advanced excel programing. He created multiple company business plans, revamped a training program within a fortune 50 company, and facilitated near 40 projects that have improved business efficiency, and client/employee experience while reducing hundreds of thousands of dollars in company waste.

In addition to his experience, Michael loves expanding his knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Small Business Certificate from Arizona State University. He currently has SAFE 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFE 6.0 POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Business Analytics certifications. He also has held various financial licenses.

Aside from work and schooling, Michael enjoys spending time with his cattle dog, trying new restaurants, and playing sand volleyball, pickle ball, and golf.
